Our
Story

Regional Economic Transformation

What does it take to transform a commuter city into an employment center? From 2024–2026, a fellow–host partnership developed through the Economic Recovery Corps applied an ecosystem-building approach to address long-standing economic disparities and grow local jobs in Antioch, California. This case study distills the strategies, outcomes, and lessons that can guide regional economic transformation.
